Sally Ann Luck

Sally Stevens Luck, born December 15, 1931 in Trenton, NJ and raised in Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Ed Luck, parents Chandler Harrison Stevens Sr. and Margaret Cheyney Stevens; brother Chandler Harrison Stevens Jr.

Sally was a graduate of George School (1949). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1953 and Masters of Education in 1955 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She married Ed Luck on July 14, 1956. They lived in the Atlanta area until Ed retired in 2000 and then moved to Sun City Hilton Head. In 2012, they moved to Collegedale, TN, where she lived out the remainder of her life.

Survivors include her daughters Margaret (Dan) Jones and Ellen (Richard) Rogers, grandchildren Sara (Chris) Vaughn, Stephen (Meaghan) Jones, Vasya (Sarah) Jones, Noah Rogers, Gabe Rogers and 8 great grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Silverdale Mission Ministry or the International Baptist Mission Board.

A graveside service will be held at the National Cemetery on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
