Marcus "Mark" Eugene Camp

Mark Camp went peacefully to be with the LORD on March 18th. Mark was born on March 20, 1937, he was 87. He was raised by very loving parents in Mobile, AL. It was in Mobile that he met Judy Sawyer who became the love of his life and devoted wife for 64 years. Mark was a life coach to his three sons, always willing to share Godly advice. He loved his family, having everyone at the dining room table, and enjoying special occasions/holidays. He was of the Baptist faith and his love for Jesus Christ was shared often with friends and people he met.

Mark enjoyed Bible study, fishing, golfing, grilling out and Alabama football. He was preceded in death by most of his familial contemporaries. He is survived by his wife Judy, sons: Chris (Staci) Camp of Chattanooga, Gary Camp of Chattanooga and Pat (Melanie Lynn) Camp of Punta Gorda, FL. He also has 7 grandchildren. 

To celebrate his life the family will host a visitation on Thursday the 21st from 10:30 to 12:00 at the Heritage Funeral Home on East Brainerd Road. A worship service will follow at the same location. In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift can be made online to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
