Luciano "Lucky" (Jr.) Rivera

Luciano Rivera Jr., 76, of Ooltewah, TN passed away on January 5, 2022 at Martin Boyd Christian Home.

He was a resident of Bronx, New York, for many years. Four years ago, he relocated from New York to Ooltewah, TN, to be with his sister and family. He was a veteran of the US Army and a retired US Postal Service Examiner in Bronx, NY.

He was a loving and kind hearted brother, son, uncle and friend. He had a loving heart and soul, and was a music and movie lover. He loved his New York Yankees and was a baseball fan till the end. His nickname was "Lucky".

Lucky was preceded in death by his loving parents, Luciano Sr and Carmen; Brothers, Rafael, Angel, Francisco, Felix; and Sisters, Carmen, Mirna, Rosa, Elba.

He is survived by his sisters, Celia Rivera Ortiz (Faustino) (Oklahoma),and Debra Rivera Acosta (Hector) (Tennessee); and the many many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, January 8,2022 at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will be on January 12, 2022 at The National Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN.
