George Plemons

George Plemons, 68, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.

George was a member of East Ridge Church of Christ, and worked for 49 years at Wholesale Supply Group. He enjoyed watching the Andy Griffith Show and westerns, but above all, he loved watching his grandsons play baseball.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Boone; parents, George and Ester Plemons; and brother, Michael Plemons.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Cheryl Plemons; sons, Brent (Lisa) Plemons, Kevin (Jenna) Plemons; daughters, Tabitha (Bryant) Williams, Randi (Zach) Green; sisters, Linda Stephens, Doretta (Ed) Meeks; grandchildren, Cody and Eli Williams, Garrett, Kathryn, John, and Tyler Plemons, and River Green; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Friday, March 22 in the funeral home chapel with Minister Steve Plemmons officiating.
