Dr. Robert J. Mellert

Dr. Robert J. Mellert, 56, of McDonald, TN, died on Friday, June 26, 2020, at his home.

Rob worked as a chiropractor for over twenty years and was the owner of Mellert Family Chiropractic in Ooltewah, Tennessee. He graduated from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Rob enjoyed camping, fishing, and summer softball.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Teresa; daughters, Nichole (Eric) Anderson, and Jennifer Mellert; grandchildren, Jacob and Emma; parents, Ingrid (Alfred) Mittl and Joseph (Anny) Mellert; and a sister, Tina (Gerhard) Aguila.

A private celebration of life will be held in his honor.
