Dennis Bryant Gann

Dennis Bryant Gann, 79, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away at Life Care Center of Hixson on Monday, March 30, 2020. Dennis was born in Middle Valley on July 13, 1940 and remained as a lifelong resident of Hixson, TN.

Dennis was employed by the Ross-Meehan and Eureka foundries as a crane operator for 35 years.

He loved spending time with his friends and family as well as fishing, grilling, camping, and working in his yard.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Kate Gann; infant sister, Gladys; sisters, Ruth Scott and Janice Cass.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Glenda Gann; daughters, Cathy Gann and Angela (Shant B.) Daghlian; grandchildren, Katelyn Daghlian, Armen Daghlian, Alec Daghlian, and Elianna Daghlian; brother Kenneth (Wanda) Gann; sister, Norma (Tommy) Vandergriff; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2020 with a limited visitation from 1-2 PM in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Michael Shrum officiating. Interment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
